Now this Gold Series Doran stainless steel washdown safe scale is available to local fishing clubs, fishing charter boat operators, and sportsmen. Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel, this scale is built to withstand wet environments. The scale is factory calibrated to display weights up to 50 lbs. in 0.01 pound increments. The internal rechargeable battery means that you can take this scale right to the dock. The scale can run for over 60 hours of continuous use before a recharge is needed, and you can even use the scale while it is being recharged.

The scale platter size is a generous 10" x 10" size to accommodate baskets, buckets, totes, or any other weighing container.

Doran's famous "Tournament Fish Weighing Software" is built into the scale system. The scale will continually weigh a basket of live fish 40 times per second until the most accurate weight is defined. The weight is then locked into the display on the scale indicator and will not change until the weight is removed from the scale.

Accessories Available

Large Remote Display: The GOLD system has an optional SUPER BRIGHT Red LED Digits Remote Scoreboard Display available. The display will show lbs and hundredths of a lb. For example: 32.05 lb, 24.01 lb, 15.34 lb --- The remote display does not show lbs-oz. Also, the weight does not "lock in" on the remote display. Approximately 15' of cable runs from indicator to the Remote Display.

 

 

Column -- We also have a 14" stainless steel column available. This will raise the 8000XL digital weight indicator above your 10"x10" weigh platform allowing you to place taller objects on your scale & still see the readout.
